Our mission is for you and your guests to experience an event they will talk about for days and remember for a lifetime.

Our function coordinator and culinary staff will assist you in planning your menu. Our appetizers, salads, entrees and accompaniments are created on the premises; each prepared from the finest cuts of fresh meat, poultry, seafood and produce.  Our wine list varies and beverage consumption is arranged according to your needs. The bar is full service, and a champagne fountain and cordial cart are also available for your use. Should you have any special requests our staff will attempt to fulfill your needs.

Apollo Functions offers package and  deluxe package plans for your wedding reception. We will gladly utilize our expertise and resources for either, however, our package plan saves you planning time and is convenient because we do the work. We have selected an exclusive group of florists and bakers in whom we feel confident will beautifully accent your occasion.
